• Nearly 20 Years experience - Danie, has been a Professional Hunter since 2004 and owned Sunguti Safaris since 2008. He has guided for every member of the big five and now specializes in Cape Buffalo.

• Care for the Animals - All their animals are very well looked after and in great condition, this of course leads to great trophy quality.

• A Large Bowhunting Only Area - Which is setup with great blinds, or perhaps you want to try your luck stalking. (Rifles used for wounded animals and with Silencers)

• Great Hospitality - Nicky (who is Danie’s better half) cooks great food and there is always plenty of cold drinks in the fridge. The accommodation is clean, comfy and there is free wifi.

• Location - Located right on the Limpopo River and next to the Botswana boarder, Sunguti Safaris are located in the heart of the best hunting territory in South Africa.

• Care for their workers - Danie and Nicky treat their workers very well, which sadly is not always the case in South Africa. Danie even paid through the COVID times, when there was no money coming in.

It is very important to us, that you experience South Africa, on your own terms. So we are more than happy to put any tailored package together to meet your needs. However we have some already made up, perhaps they tickle your fancy, or maybe you would like to build onto one, or swap an animal? Please note, depending on group sizes and the hunting schedules, Mat might not always be available to join the party. However you will be in great hands with Danie and Nicky.
